We are having a party here at Bravehearted Christian to celebrate the work of our parent organization, Ellerslie Mission Society! So, from November 15th to December 11th, our homepage has been taken over by this 1st Annual Ellerslie Christmas Kickstart. We are doing some things we have never done before—like releasing over a dozen powerful videos and selling spots in our upcoming training programs at unheard of prices! The Uber Practical Payment Plan is our way of helping you help us. It’s not a financing plan, it’s just a NO-fee, NO-interest-added payment plan, which is uber practical.
Here’s how it works. If you purchase an item from our Christmas Kickstart that is eligible for the Uber Practical Payment Plan (see eligible items below), then at checkout you can select our payment plan as your method of payment for those particular items. You would then proceed to pay 33% on that item today and then divide the remaining balance up into seven equal payments over the forthcoming seven months. Can you say, “uber practical”?

At checkout, Chuck pays a third of the price today ($1,270) to grab a spot in the upcoming Summer 2018 semester. What a steal!
Then Chuck’s credit/debit card (the same one used to make the initial payment) will be charged $368.50 every month for the next seven months (the first payment starts 30 days after the initial payment).

But wait! There is one more degree of “Uber” that you can enjoy. At checkout, if you “Up the Bid” to an amount of $300 or more, then you are eligible for our UBER Uber Practical Payment Plan – which divides your payments over the forthcoming 12 months instead of just the next seven (i.e. smaller monthly payments).
Chuck (mentioned above) would still pay $1,270, plus the $300 “Up the Bid” donation at checkout today – totaling $1,570.
But then Chuck would pay only $215 for the next twelve months instead of $368.50. The first payment starts 30 days after the initial payment.

Absolutely. The Christmas Kickstart purchase will give you a voucher code that is used as payment when someone officially registers for the course. In other words, you can purchase the discounted program (i.e. the voucher) and then gift it to someone else – who will use the voucher as a payment method when they register for the course. Instructions will be included in your receipt.
When you purchase one of our discipleship training programs during the Christmas Kickstart, you will receive a voucher code to redeem when you actually register for the course. Because some people want to give the training as a gift to someone else, and because we require certain information in the application, the registration process is an additional step. In short, when you purchase through the Christmas Kickstart, yes we have reserved your spot in the program, but you’ll need to go through the official application process to be registered for the program – using the voucher code purchased during the Christmas Kickstart as payment.
All vouchers must be redeemed by January 1, 2018 (i.e.: have officially registered for the semester)
For those who purchase the 100 Day Bravehearted Personal Discipleship program, you will need to select which upcoming semester to attend when you register (there are 5 semesters per year). To see a list of dates, please view the date/calendar section of the program information page.
The Bravehearted 5-Week Practicum (Bravehearted Advanced Training) is only available for alumni of one of our other programs (Bravehearted Personal Discipleship or Ellerslie Discipleship Training). So if you are an alumni, then yes! We’d love to have you back. If you are interested in attending and not currently an alumni, you are welcome to sign up to reserve your spot, but you will also need to register and complete either the Fall 2017 or Winter 2018 Bravehearted Personal Discipleship semester before you are able to attend next summer.

Christmas Kickstart Price + $1000
Family pricing is good for either an entire family off-campus (or) for two people to stay on-campus. If more than two family members want to stay on campus, you need to purchase a family tuition for every two people (i.e. the second person on-campus comes for $1000).
• Family pricing is good for “immediate nuclear family” and not “extended family.” Please see Family FAQs for more details.
• Unfortunately we don't have married or family housing on-campus. Our dorms are either female only or male only. Each dorm room houses 3-4 students sharing a bathroom suite with another room.
To sign up for family pricing:
1. Purchase a regular Christmas Kickstart Tuition for on or off-campus housing. (Remember if you purchase “on-campus” it is only available for two people.)
2. In your receipt, you’ll receive a voucher code to use to officially register for the semester. Make sure you check “family” in the Registration Type section. You will use the voucher code as your payment method.
3. Sandi McConnaughey, our amazing admissions registrar, will send you a form to fill out to list all the family members attending.
4. Once received, Sandi will send you a Letter of Acceptance and payment plan schedule which will include the Christmas Kickstart payment plan amount, plus the additional family price of $1000.
– As a reminder, to apply for the Practicum (Bravehearted Advanced Training), all attendees need to be an alumni of one of our other programs (Bravehearted Personal Discipleship or Ellerslie Discipleship Training).
– Unfortunately family pricing is good for either the Deluxe or the Practicum. In other words, if part of your family wants to attend the Deluxe and others want to go to the Practicum, you need to purchase them both separately.
If you’ve ordered physical products, know that they will be promptly shipped to you via Priority Mail in 3-5 business days (though most times, even sooner!). Digital products will be available via a download link in your receipt. Please note that there are a few digital products that will be unavailable for download until mid-December (after the Christmas Kickstart) such as the Bravehearted Thots and the “Up the Bid” bonus items.
We understand that sometimes, our best laid plans just don’t work out. That said, we are willing to work with you as much as we possible! We would be happy to transfer your tuition to a future semester of your choice … or we can issue a refund if you cancel 30 days prior to the training; however, all of our training programs have a $350 non-refundable deposit if you cancel.
